The pool is open! Access is granted through OpenPath, an app downloadable to your smartphone. To receive permissions please read carefully and fill out the Pool Waiver, Release, and Assumption of Risk. You can fill that out here OR download a copy from Community Resources.
With the shorter days and cooler nights, lawns will no longer require as much water. Please take a look at you water timing. The HOA generally turns down the sprinklers 10% on August 15th and continues decreasing watering by 10% each subsequent week We are following this practice this year. Additionally, now (and November) is a good time to overseed any areas of the lawn that may require it. The irrigation district has not give any indication of irrigation water shut off yet, but it is typically end of September to early October. Once a date or date range is known, additional communication will be sent out. pump readings, too many homes start their sprinklers at 6am and 5am. (Likely the times initially picked by the landscapers). Changing your sprinkler start time will improve your water pressure by: (1) starting outside of the 4:30am – 7:30am window; and (2) starting your sprinklers on a random minute of the hour (not within 10 minutes of the hour). There is a mirror installed at the end of 12th street (north of the basketball courts and north of Highland Subdivision) that some kids have been tampering with. The mirror has been installed for safety reasons to help avoid collisions. Neighbors have warned the kids and will report future tampering to the police for vandalism. Please remind your children that this is there for safety reasons.
