2025 Pool Season is coming to an end!
The pool will close on Monday, October 20. Last day to swim will be Sunday October 19. See you next year!
End of Summer Irrigation
Water Turn Off: Currently the last day for irrigation water is anticipated as October 7th. These days can fluctuate and if the canal begins dropping, the HOA may turn off the pressure irrigation water earlier to avoid pulling in excessive sediment that can plug sprinklers. Homeowners are responsible for blowing out and winterizing their own sprinkler system.

WARNING!
There is a mirror installed at the end of 12th street (north of the basketball courts and north of Highland Subdivision) that some kids have been tampering with. The mirror has been installed for safety reasons to help avoid collisions. Neighbors have warned the kids and will report future tampering to the police for vandalism. Please remind your children that this is there for safety reasons.
