The pool is now open! New owners need to fill out the Waiver, Release, and Assumptionof Risk for each member of the family who wants pool access on their phone app. Click below to READ the Instructions and Waiver CAREFULLY and submit the application. 

IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE WITH YOUR APP - there are two thins to check. 

1. Are your phones location permissions turned on? You can check these in your phones settings. 

2. Do you have a past due balance for your HOA Assessment? If you have a past due balance your access is revoked until you are paid up. Contact Rose Management either through the website contact form or via phone or email for your balance.

If your location permissions are turned on and you have no past due balance, Contact Rose Management and we will re-send your credentials from Aviglon/Open Path.
